17 Real Estate Marketing Ideas for March
Mar 06, 2023March is here which means spring is finally around the corner (although someone might need to remind Mother Nature)! This time of year is about all things green: money and finances, getting back into gardening, houseplants and of course, St. Patrick's Day!
Your clients are likely exploring ways to freshen up their homes for spring, planning their summer vacations and figuring out what to do with their tax return.

1. Send a St. Patrick's themed postcard with a picture of your team.
Focus on the spring market or how real estate will help them "make their own pot o' gold."
2. Write a blog post.

Got new listings? Share a walkthrough of the home and it's most stunning features. Mix in music, captions and effects to make it more entertaining.
5. Deliver something sweet!
These pop-bys are festive and a fun way to remind your clients to reach out to a professional when navigating the spring housing market.
6. Share a list of wealth building book with your clients.
Like we said, this month money in on everyone's mind. Help you clients develop healthy financial habits by sharing a list of books such at: The Latte Factor, The Millionaire Next Door, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, The Automatic Millionaire.
7. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day ☘️
Post a fun team picture or a list of ways to celebrate the holiday in your area.
8. Share a list of local nurseries for spring planting.
March is when people are starting to plan their indoor and outdoor gardens. Share a list of your favorite local nurseries and a little about their selection.
9. Remind your clients to Spring Forward.
Daylight savings is coming up on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Remind them to set their clocks.
10. Educate your clients on a real estate term or tactics that could benefit them.
Here is a quick example - think of some common questions you get and repurpose it into a social media post, video, email or blog.
11. Celebrate the Spring Equinox.
The first day of spring is March 20th. Share a quote, beautiful picture of your local area or an picture of you outdoors enjoying the changing seasons.
12. Plan a Spring Clean (aka Shred) Event.
If you are looking for a quick and easy client party, try a Shred Event. You can hold the event almost anywhere and offer coffee and donuts. Invite them to come discard any documents they are wanting to get rid of. You can also partner with a local charity and allow them to bring donations such as old furniture and clothes.
13. Attend a real estate or marketing conference.

14. Support your local Girl Scouts.
Yes, it's Girl Scout cookie season. Gift your clients with a box of cookies as a pop-by gift this month. Sample tag below!
15. Send an email newsletter to your local clients.
Feature some of the top content you've pulled together for the month such as your blog, local events, spring activities, your listings and video.
16. Create a marketing funnel.
Ok, this might be a little techie for most, but if you are looking to take your marketing to the next level, funnels are a great way to automate your lead generation process. A great book on how to do this is called Launch: How to Sell Almost Anything Online, Build a Business You Love, and Live the Life of Your Dreams.
17. Commit to filming at least two videos per month.
